We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team. This role is a critical hire that will work directly with product and engineering to scale our platform across web and mobile.
Responsibilities:
Transform customer problems and complex processes into intuitive design solutions Utilize data, user feedback, technical constraints, and implementation feasibility to make informed design decisions Create wireframes and prototypes that communicate and test your ideas Work iteratively, quickly, and collaboratively with Product and Engineering to refine and validate solutions
Design and conduct users tests to understand what design and interactions work best Develop and maintain design systems, working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment What We’re Looking For:
A portfolio that shows an understanding of design principles and trends, attention to detail, and a clear point of view Collaborative spirit with an ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage your time and partners expectations Open to change your opinion based on new learnings or changing priorities Experienced with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design software
