The Customer Success team ensures our global customers achieve their business goals using our product. Everything you do matters: all your code, machine learning models, advisory, management, and other actions/roles will have a material impact on the way our clients run their business and how effectively we fight fraud and protect people from wrongdoing. You will be able to interact and meet many people from widely different cultures around the world and understand the business like few others. You will be able to say you protect people on a daily basis.   • Work with our clients to evaluate their needs, design solutions, develop and oversee best practices within the organization.
  • Lead and guide development teams to deliver Feedzai products to customers.
  • Hire, train and work to retain top software development talent and ensure that those that report to you will have a well defined career path meeting their personal growth needs.
  • Design solutions, contributing code or reviewing others work to ensure it is clean and performant code.


  • 5+ years software development or Devops experience (Java Preferred) 
  • 2+ years leading engineering teams in customer facing environments 
  • Process Driven: Able to help form and define engineering best practice and process development. 
  • Mentor and Coach: You have proven experience guiding others and helping them raise themselves to new levels 
  • Collaborator: You have a history of bringing people together to help solve problems, you would rather work on a team than alone. 
  • Servant Leader: Lead a team of engineers (8 - 12) and empower them to be successful in their projects and careers, 50% of the job is to make sure they can succeed. 
  • Hands on: This is a contributing role, you will be functioning as either a Technical Lead or Solution Architect for the Feedzai product line, understanding client needs and turning it into work items for the engineers to complete.
