Job Description

This is a high visibility role. You will drive and manage engineering activities at headquarter and coordinate the tasks with FAE program manager.


  • Manage multi-functional teams Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware and Software Engineering. Coordinate the technology development tasks and work with FAE program manager to support customer product integration.
  • Communicate with internal and customer executives to facilitate the execution plan and support the product solution transition to the customer through the FAE team.
  • Ensure tight team coordination and communication whilst managing development tasks between headquarter and FAE and Marketing team.
  • Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status. Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.


Key Qualifications

  • Engineering Program Management experience (e.g. sensor or UI system development).
  • History of working with sensor electronics and mechanics of module integration.
  • Self-starter with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills and ability to process and crystallize relevant information for the right audience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members. Understands and deals well with rapid engineering and development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and able to bring color & resolution to grayscale situations.
  • Persistence: Able to leverage internal and external relationships to drive forward progress

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in related disciplines, Master’s degree preferred. Engineering related background is desirable.
