Job Description

Founded in 2013, SHOPLINE’s mission is to build an e-commerce platform where merchants can create their own online shop and provide the best shopping experience to their customers. SHOPLINE’s system allows merchants to quickly and easily create their own online shops that could be viewed on all mobile devices. It also comes with comprehensive features such as order and inventory management systems, payment and logistics systems, design themes, shop analytics tools, promotion tools, plus integration with various 3rd party services.

With our excellent team, we were accepted into the Silicon Valley-based 500 Startups accelerator in 2014. We were also one of the first startups invested by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund in 2016. What you'll be doing:

  • Learn and understand our product and keep updated with the new product features
  • Convert leads to happy customers through good communication, continuous follow-ups with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Take participation in regular offline events i.e. seminars and workshops to demonstrate our product to potential merchants
  • Responsible for public speaking in offline events
  • Improve and optimize the prospecting and closing process with the team
  • Call and email to answer enquiries from leads on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate and work with the sales team to meet monthly sales target
  • Work with customer success team on follow-ups to ensure customers are happy and satisfied


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Self-motivated and drive to achieve sales goals
  • Adapt to CRM tools i.e. Salesforce and Intercom
  • With public speaking skills will be a big plus
  • University degree is a must
  • 1-2 year work experience will be preferred
