Job Description

Finomial is a fast-growing reg-tech company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Our customers are large financial institutions around the world.  Finomial has $540 B in assets on the platform, with nearly 500 funds using its software for compliant client services.

Finomial is the only SaaS client lifecycle platform, and its Compliance DNA ensures every interaction achieves client regulatory compliance – a single platform for onboarding, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS and every other regulation that gets in between the bank’s relationship with their clients.

The Role

  • Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives on a regular basis
  • Develop and execute sales strategy with an emphasis on prospecting and closing new clients
  • Establish and execute a repeatable sales process
  • Actively track all sales activity and provide regular forecasts to management
  • Accurately present Finomial value proposition relative to market needs and competitive landscape
  • Ensure superior client satisfaction, uncover client frustrations and work cross-functionally to strengthen client relationships

Qualifications

 

  • 5-10+ years of field experience selling data intensive software solutions into the financial services industry
  • Experience successfully managing a complex enterprise sales process (6-12 month sales cycle) with multiple stakeholders, working with business and operational leaders (CEO, COO, compliance, finance)
  • Successful track record of hitting and exceeding quota (ideally $1m+ and $300k+ ACV)
  • Proven success in hunting and closing new prospects and strategically growing existing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with specific experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and decision makers
  • Knowledge of banking, asset management, and alternative investments is preferred
