Job Description
Sonrai Security, a cloud based security company, is looking for a test automation engineer focused on developing core test automation into their new innovative platform. Quality assurance is embedded in the Sonrai Engineering team, in that all engineers are responsible for the integrity of their delivery. In this position you will be in a unique position to formalize the following key areas of the Sonrai Platform:
- Designing and implementing platform test automation
- Design and implement hooks in the maturing CI/CD processes to improve velocity
- Working with the engineering team to design and implement data quality test automation
- Automate the collection and update of key data mappings essential to platform analytics
- Building test data sets to exercise all aspects of the Sonrai solution
The desired candidate will have:
- Previous testing experience in SaaS environment
- Strong ability to create and design test automation and test infrastructure
- Strong experience with code-based test automation suites is required
- Java experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Proven ability to write automated test scripts to verify data quality

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred

- Experience in multiple cloud environments
- Experience with Spark Environments
- Experience around large scale data processing and analytical environments
