Your Role

  • Help launch the company’s first product
  • Define design process and culture at Level
  • Create, test, and iterate new features across multiple user types
  • Become an expert through user research
  • Develop and edit our brand and visual systems
  • Help build out an amazing design team

You have
  • 4+ years of experience with end-to-end product design
  • Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills
