Job Description:
• Operate, maintain, and repair specialized wafer semiconductor processing equipment in a clean room environment
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and control systems – Analog / D-Net. Vacuum systems of MOCVD, CVD, Laser systems
• Accountable for daily preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment’s such as MOCVD, Sputter, PVD, Sputter, Evaporators, Dry Etcher
• First line of support in test, diagnostic, trouble shooting, and solving down time issues related to Epi, Vacuum and other metal deposition equipment’s
• Assist in trap cleaning, tooling upgrades, rebuilt, and custom modifications
• Familiar in proper handling of corrosive and toxic gas cylinder
• Work with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures
• Assist in day to day operation of manufacturing environment
• Able to build a reputation for dependability, integrity, and professionalism as an Equipment Maintenance Technician and with strong mechanical and operational aptitude
• Safety conscious and able to maintain safe work environment
