About Lattice Power

With the technical support from Professor Jiang Fengyi research group in Education Ministry Engineering Research Center for Luminescence Materials and Devices in Nanchang University, Lattice Power (Jiangxi) Corporation was co-funded in early 2006 by the leading GSR Ventures, Mayfield Fund (an international top-class Venture Capital) and AsiaVest, specializing in the research and production of silicon substrate GaN-based LED epitaxial materials and devices.
LED is a new cold light source of small size, low energy consumption and long lifetime, and therefore an important component in IT industry. In addition to its wide application in the indicating, display and transmission of information in a variety of industries in terms of industrial equipment, instrumentation, telecommunications, transportation, finance, electrical appliances, and indoor and outdoor decoration, it will also take the place of the incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp gradually, spawning a revolution in lighting industry with great market potentials. It is estimated by the Government that the national replacement of lighting lamps with LED lighting products will save energy equivalent of the electricity generated by two Three Gorge Power Stations annually.

Attaching great importance to technical innovation, Lattice Power (Jiangxi) Corporation has successfully developed and patented the silicon substrate GaN-based blue LED technology with 10 filings of invention patents. The result was regarded by the top experts in this area as" the global best result up to date ".


During the National Science and Technology Conference in early 2006, it was listed among the important achievements in the Exhibitions of National Scientific and Technological Innovation. Our objective is to become a top-level international enterprise with its own proprietary technology in the field of GaN-based LED luminous materials after NICHI and CREE.
