General Account Manager
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in joining our passionate, energized, and dedicated team of professionals as part of one of the world’s leading Genetics
companies, Veritas Intercontinental. The current opening position as General Account Manager will be held from Mexico.
Accessioning: support on samples reception
Logistics: national and international shipment preparation and tracking
Orders: creation of orders in dedicated Web Portal
Support processed from Order-to-cash helped by a tailor made IT
infraestructura and dedicated CRM
Build a solid network of effective and trustful relationships with key
accounts/hospitals/decision makers and influencers
Participate in global interaction to ensure coordination at the customer and to
align internal resources so that account service and growth objectives are met
Develop and manage clients at all levels
Communication and coordination of account strategies with other sales teams
as well as global counterparts
Answering to administrative client and partner inquires
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (knowledge of other language is a plus)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Great attitude and proactive at problem solving
