Due to continued success and growth, we have the need to expand our training team.

The Trainer is responsible for conducting training for all new hires in the customer service, clinical, and other departments as needed. There will also be a need for ongoing training for current staff.

This is a full time position. The training program is supported by both self-study platform as well as interactive classroom training at our Atlanta, Georgia location.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Conduct new hire training classes for team members.
    Be fully trained in the different facets of the customer support, clinical team roles, and client programs in order to understand and optimize the customer and member experience to achieve client and operational goals.
    Serve as expert resource on the “how tos” of our technology platforms, client programs and enrollment techniques.
    Assess the quality of calls and communication with members/customers to ensure both a positive experience and operational goals are met.
    Provide both one and one training and group classes to address program enhancements or individual needs.
    Partner with Product teams to understand new systems or tools to deliver training.
    Collaborate with curriculum developers and team leads/managers to develop needed training materials and content to support client and operations initiatives.

.What we are looking for…..

    Minimum 2 years experience as Trainer preferably in inbound/outbound call center environment
    Knowledge of US healthcare system and understanding of Medicare and Medicaid populations desired
    Familiarity with LearnUpon education platform a plus
    Excellent presentation skills required
    Previous experience developing training curriculum, materials a plus
    High level of comfort with technology and working knowledge of Google tools
    Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth, virtual environment

    Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
    Natural ability to demonstrate empathy and inherent desire to help others
