LetsGetChecked is fast becoming a global leader in personal health testing. Our medical technology platform provides connectivity between customers and our global network of laboratories. We are enabling customers to order, manage and track their own clinical outcomes through a personal online account.
Vice President, Consultant Relations
Health and benefits, productivity and human capital consultants play a critical role in LetsGetChecked’s success. We’re looking for an accomplished, dynamic professional to help optimize these critical business relationships. This is an incredibly important role in an explosive growth, market-leading diagnostic and virtual care company. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
Developing, executing and evolving the LetsGetChecked consultant engagement strategy.
Deeply understand consultants’ evolving needs, motivations and implications for LetsGetChecked.
Collaborate on a cross-departmental growth plan with sales, customer success, product and marketing organizations.
Gather ongoing consultant feedback to help the organization learn and assist development.
Partner with consultants to educate and negotiate optimal use of LetsGetChecked solutions.
Monitor competitor consultant partnerships and drive competitive positioning to this audience.
Create consultant product partnership opportunities.
Developing, tracking and refining performance metrics.
Represent the LetsGetChecked brand as a company and industry thought leader. Represent LetsGetChecked at key industry conferences.
Ability to demonstrate our values and value proposition in an on-going and consistent way.
Accomplished industry professional with a background in digital health, HR or benefits consulting with 5+ years of experience, ideally with previous consultant relations experience.
Rich knowledge of and experience designing strategies for employee health benefits.
Deep experience working at or with major industry consultants, e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Lockton, Gallagher, etc.
Strong and influential relationship building capabilities both within and across teams.
Ability to embrace an “evolve and learn” mentality.
Comfortable with extensive travel.
High personal energy exhibiting a very high level of engagement.
High personal and professional standards. Unassailable integrity and ethics.
Strong experience and comfort level demonstrating and using technology.
This position is open to remote workers located in the United States and may require significant travel.
