CONVO is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst will be involved in implementation of sales automation software solutions and will communicate with a wide variety of people to accurately interpret the client’s needs, lead the definition of the solution blueprint, support the implementation phase and the solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion and promote an innovative and agile model to ensure state of the art technology for Sales Transformation projects.
• Understand and meet client requirements and lead analysis through workshops.
• Define functional specifications and estimates for specific developments.
• Understand how ISO 27001 controls should be implemented in projects
• Implement information security and data protection principles in projects
• Understand the modules to be implemented and the setup and configuration options available.
• Participate in drawing up of the Functional Blueprint, produce the solution configuration documentation, and develop work effort estimates for implementation.
• Engage the customer on user acceptance strategy, planning and execution phase.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to obtain feedback regarding collections to help advise future product development and address customer needs.
• Be responsible for the complete documentation and collaterals for handover to the Application Maintenance & Support team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as business analyst
• Experience in managing functional workshops, and in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to handle the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle including project mobilization, process design, system configuration & customization, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and business adoption activities.
• Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Solid Knowledge or Background in FMCG commercial processes such as Trade Promotion Management/Retail Execution/Sales Force Automation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and ETL.
• Client-centric approach and attitude.
• Creative thinking and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
