Solution Medical Director at Clarify Health Solutions

Clarify is looking for a Solution Medical Director to support Clarify’s rapid growth. The Solutions Medical Director will be a key player in accelerating our commercial efforts with prospective Clarify customers. As our clinical expert, you will partner with our go-to-market leaders to bring clinical rigor to our business development efforts, support relationship development with key Payor and Provider clinical leadership and contribute to product feedback to our product teams.

The Role

    • Evangelizing Clarify’s analytics platform including its differentiated capabilities and value proposition during sales discussions with prospective customers
    • Fostering relationships with senior clinical leadership at current and prospective organizations 
    • Deepening Clarify’s market credibility through activities including thought-leadership blogs, white papers, and industry event participation
    • Assisting with technical demonstrations and data analytics, as well as inform content for RFPs and Proposals
    • Assessing customer organization needs to build tailored partnership strategies and support close of new customer relationships
    • Partner with Clinical Informatics, Product, and Strategy teams to build platform clinical expertise and provide feedback for product and platform development 
    • Partner with Customer Impact (implementation) and Customer Success teams to ensure success and return-on-investment for key customer priorities

What we are looking for

    • We are always looking for new team members who will be a solid fit with our culture and have a strong passion for impact.  In particular, the ideal candidate will have:
    • Medical Degree and past or current licensure
    • Expertise in clinical analytics or performance management
    • Commercial support experience through client support, sales or marketing
    • Preferred experience with both Provider and Payor organizations
    • Ideally has past successful sales support record
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Executive level presence and leadership ability for effective oversight of activities, projects and initiatives
