About the role:

The Business Consultant is responsible for delivering real business value to the most strategic customers in the XANT portfolio, with the goal of shepherding clients along the path of AI Sales Transformation.

The role partners with customers to:

  • Manage executive relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to operationalize AI & ML insights.
  • Understand and align customers’ sales and buying process with XANT solutions and services; provide customers with presentations and communication they can use for change management efforts.
  • Evaluate sales teams’ performance (KPIs) and consult on areas for improvement.
  • Conduct “Business Value Reviews,” including client interviews and product adoption reports, to help iterate and optimize the solution.
  • Consult clients on sales acceleration and industry best practice.
  • Lead large scale enterprise level "Strategic Value Assessments.”
  • Engage executives in strategy discussions to determine scope of deal and business needs.
  • Align customers’ sales process with XANT solutions and services.
  • Present SVA findings to executive decision makers. Frame value proposition in terms of customers’ internal and external business drivers.
  • Influence the customer's buying process. Provide presentations and communication they can use to create forward movement.


  • BA/BS or MBA from top-tier university preferable
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, sales, or another client-facing role
  • Flexibility to travel to clients as needed

  • Ability to bring clarity to complex, undocumented processes and inefficiencies with simple descriptions and visuals
  • Highly analytical with the ability to use data and modeling to create custom KPI analyses and provide actionable insights for customers
