Customer Marketing Associate at XANT.ai

XANT is seeking a highly motivated Customer Marketing Associate who will report to the Customer Success Organization but work closely with Marketing, Product and Strategy teams to plan and build a customer marketing machine. The job will require equal parts creativity and analytical inputs all designed to engage, train, and create customer champions. We are looking for someone who can create efficiencies using targeted behavioral data but also someone excited to engage directly with customers on social media platforms and webinars. Each day will be unique as you work on a myriad of platforms. Your weeks and months will fill up with mini-projects and milestones that drive towards a robust, automated, trackable customer marketing machine all with the goal of customer delight and adoption of XANT solutions.

Responsibilities Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, SMEs, and other marketing functions to build product awareness, product champions, and drive adoption using social media, Docebo (LMS), Intercom (chat and email platform), and XANT Playbooks. 
  • Author customer engagement assets including solution stories, customer success stories, testimonials, presentations and FAQs.  
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, customer advocacy groups, annual conferences, awards programs, and ongoing customer nurture campaigns. 
  • Joint owner and designer of a customer journey/voice of the customer program with engagement points, relevant assets, email templates, call to actions, surveys, triggers, analysis points, critical adoption metrics and events.
  • Using a variety of tools and platforms, create automated message campaigns, landing pages, and programs that drive improvement of product adoption and customer retention; run A/B tests to identify best results, analyze long term and short-term data trends.

Qualifications 2+ years (mix of) marketing, entrepreneurship, marketing analytics, influencer, creative writing & media experience in B2B.  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or Communications related field or equivalent experience (not mandatory-- this is just a reference point) 
  • Highly collaborative, social, inquisitive, team-oriented attitude 
  • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills 
  • Creative skills and experience working with designers to distill complex content into powerful and consumable marketing pieces such as infographics, videos and case studies 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives to stay on strategy, on time and on budget
