We’re growing and currently looking to add a Customer & Community Marketing Manager to our team.
 
Canada Remote: OK

What you'll do:

  • You’ll be charged with turning our customers into rockstar advocates for Klue by developing our customer advocacy and referral program, building a community of engaged users, and providing opportunities for customers and industry leaders to elevate their insights and personal brand. 
  • Drive engagement with customers through online/offline communities, events, customer advisory boards, cultivating user groups and executive roundtables. 
  • Bring customer stories to life to empower our revenue teams and GTM efforts including sales enablement assets, blogs, case studies, videos, webinars, etc. 
  • Manage our customer review and customer reference programs to ensure communications with customers are coordinated and effective; act as customer advocate to share feedback and learnings back to teams at Klue. 
What you'll be measured on:
  • Engagement and support from our advocates in Klue-owned & relevant industry communities.
  • Influence on revenue 
  • Referral generation 
  • Elevating the profile of our Clients  and supporting their content contributions including presentations, webinars, articles, and podcasts.
  • Capturing and sharing customer stories through case studies, testimonials, videos and other innovative formats.
  • Customer review program performance
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven ability to create and elevate a community of advocates. Any community. You know how to get a group of people energized, passionate, and activated around an initiative. You elevate those around you and are a natural leader, able to imbue energy and enthusiasm into the communities you build. 
  • You are passionate about bringing customer stories to life - and can effectively share the voice of the customer across a fast-moving organization. 
  • You’re a relationship builder. You know how to build passionate advocates and a vibrant community of engaged customers; you can communicate effectively and hold the room with executive partners and drive alignment internally across multiple departments. 
  • You’re a strategic thinker and self-driven problem-solver with the ability to roll-up your sleeves and execute.
  • Develop relationship lifecycle and customer marketing strategy to deliver high-value engagement through every stage of the customer journey.
  • Measure the impact of customer advocacy & marketing activities on customer growth, retention and financial outcomes, and communicate these impacts within the organization.
