Partner Sales Manager at XANT.ai
Lehi, UT, US

Description

 

As a Partner Sales Manager (PSM), you will be responsible for building long term successful partnerships for XANT channel partners. Using strong consultative skills, you will work with partners to align and develop mutually beneficial go to market strategies built around XANT's Playbooks offering.
You will guide partners on:
  • How to position, demo, and sell XANT software
  • How to deliver value around the software, including customization, data integration, implementation, strategy & change management services, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with Consulting, Referral, Implementation, and/or Technology partners depending on applicant’s background and expertise
  • Leverage existing partner relationships to bring into XANT Partner network
  • Lead Mutual Action Plan creation and execution when acquiring and enabling new partners
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with partners
  • Set and track mutual performance objectives and financial targets associated with an effective partner relationship
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop sales and marketing materials required for partnership
  • Be an evangelist of XANT within channel organizations
  • Attend client meetings with partners and/or XANT Sales Team where possible and appropriate
  • Manage flow of leads from partners to XANT Sales Team
  • Manages potential channel conflict within XANT Sales Team and the Partner Network
  • Inform partners of any new and upcoming changes to the partner program, products, company policies, or operations
  • Serves as internal champion for partners as related to feature requests and other asks from the partners

 Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of Channel/Partner Sales experience
  • Recent experience working for an emerging SaaS company
  • Existing relationships with best-in-class Consulting, Referral, Implementation, and/or Technology partners
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with recruiting channel partners
  • Proven track record of proven success managing and driving new business through channel partners
  • Proven track record of sustained performance against sales quota and pipeline goals
  • Ability to travel 50%-70% of time (Post COVID)
