Regional Vice President (RVP) Sales at XANT.ai

XANT offers the sales industry’s first comprehensive sales acceleration platform that creates high performance sales teams with breakthrough technology, and increases the revenue of their customers world-wide by applying our machine learning and innovative technology.  Our product is pure technology, supported by a predictive machine learning engine.

ROLE:
The RVP – Sales, leads a sales team’s efforts to meet the revenue objectives of XANT.

This includes revenue from existing customers as well as a high focus on New Logo acquisition.  Other core responsibilities include hiring and coaching the team while partnering with other key parts of the organization to ensure alignment of the assets we have.  This position also develops new sales strategies and teaches the sales team to implement. Given COVID-19’s effects on the selling process and changing buyer habits, a metric-driven, process-orientated leader is critical. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Attract, select, onboard, develop, coach, motivate, promote and effectively manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  2. Define and execute on strategies required to sustainably grow new sales in Enterprise accounts
  3. Enable the team to aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop pipeline, using defined process
  4. Ensure internal cross-functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction in Enterprise accounts
  5. Strategically analyze industry trends and performance metrics to drive execution and accelerate results
  6. Drive excellence in sales execution leveraging the XANT Framework
  7. Effectively develop and monitor accurate Enterprise sales forecasts and other key metrics

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  1. 15+ years of professional experience in sales roles
  2. Experience selling SaaS solutions
  3. Experience selling into a variety of industries companies is highly required
  4. Business Transformational sales experience is a plus
  5. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  6. Strong strategic and analytical aptitude
  7. MBA or equivalent is a plus
