Description:Do you love cutting-edge technology, online advertising and working in an entrepreneurial
environment? Adconion is looking for a dedicated and passionate Product Support Manager
Europe to provide strategic product support to Adconion users.
The Product Support Manager will provide support for all Adconion products to the European
organizations. The role will also support the Business Development team in testing and
integrating partner implementations pre-post contract. This individual must possess exceptional
communication & organizational skills, strong technical knowledge, and excellent prioritization
and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage partner product and operational support across all European markets.
· Work in conjunction with Business Development, Engineering, and Legal to finalize and
support partner implementations on a worldwide basis.
· Work with product managers and technical teams to successfully launch and scale training
material and support processes for the global ad operations team.
· Investigate, prioritize, resolve and escalate partner and product support issues.
· Review and debug HTML/Rich Media creative assets for proper functionality.
· Troubleshoot various ad creative, tag, pixel and tracking problems.
· Implement Product and Partner support processes and best practices on a global scale.
· Define requirements for recurring requests and work with Product Management to launch
new features.
· Provide 1st line application support, troubleshooting, and escalation to appropriate
development teams.
· Work closely (including some travel) with teams in several European countries.
Qualifications:Required Skills/Experience
· Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
· 5+ years’ experience in Internet industry; ad operations and/or ad-related technical
experience.
· 5+ years experience in managing personnel and complex activities
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, being able to effectively communicate
between end user and engineering
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong HTML/JavaScript skills and experience troubleshooting technical issues
· Strong familiarity with various rich media advertising technologies and methods
· BA/BS degree
· Some international travel will be a component of this role.
