Overview:
Financial Operations Analyst will be a key liaison between all Finance and Accounting departments, as well as Sales. Analyst will ensure that all activities and transactions are correctly tracked and administered for government reporting. Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations. Institute and assist in the analysis of reporting government pricing, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Chargebacks. Establish and maintain a process for compliance pertaining to wholesaler licensing agreements. Work with internal and external IT to ensure systems are updated, remain in sync, and assist in enhancing future automation projects.
Responsibilities:
* Wholesaler licensing Agreements - Ensuring that all filings are complete and accurate and submitted within the required deadlines
* Reconciliation of transactions - Confirm that all required transactions are being accounted for and treated properly for calculation purposes
* Reporting - Create and analyze reports for the purpose of Medicaid Rebates, Managed Care Rebates, and Chargebacks
* Tracking of invoice deals for government pricing
* Tracking bill-back payments for government pricing
* Monitoring out of policy returns for government pricing
* Monitoring general financial adjustments for government pricing
* Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation between Model N upload file and GL/SAP
* Modeling government impact based on Deals and Product Launches
* Updating/Monitoring reasons codes to maintain transparency for government reporting
* Review and maintain class of trade in customer and vendor master
* Assisting with the Model N/SAP remediation and ongoing updates
* Overseeing wholesaler licensing agreements
* Assisting with GP reporting
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience with Sales, Returns, and Financial Adjustment Process
* 3-6 years experience in internal audit or operational accounting with a focus on business processes
* Report Creation and analysis
* SAP and Excel Experience
