Opportunity Overview:

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Software Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team in Redmond, Washington. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to understand and diagnose complex technical issues, and to work cooperatively in a team-based customer support environment. Noetix software works with diverse core technologies, including Oracle, Microsoft web services, and Siebel to name a few.
Core Deliverables and Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians and customers.
· Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed.
· Identifies, prioritizes, replicates, diagnoses and resolves user problems in a timely fashion.
· Exceptional technical aptitude with a desire to learn varied technologies
Position Qualifications:
· Excellent oral and written communicator capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· 3 years working experience in Microsoft: Windows Server administration, SQL Server administration, IIS, .NET Framework, web services, reporting tools
· And/or 3 years working experience in Oracle: Oracle E-Business Suite, database administration, SQL*Plus, Oracle Discoverer
· 1-2 years working experience in providing technical customer support services to diverse populations.
Education / Training / Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent work experience is preferred. |  |
