We're seeking highly talented individuals to join us on our mission to create the next generation of online entertainment that unifies the best of massively multiplayer online games, virtual worlds and social networks on and across both PC and Console platforms.

Customer Support Representatives provide subscription support and issue resolution services to Turbine’s customers.


Details:
Estimated Assignment Duration: 3 Months
40 hours/week
5 day/week shift with 2 consecutive days off (requires work on holidays and weekends, in a rotating schedule)
Also hiring for 2nd shift (4:00pm - 1:00am)
$14.55/hour

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for Turbine’s game software products and services in a call center environment
• Review and resolve customer subscription and account management issues
• Escalate issues to management as appropriate
• Handle customer issues from inception to final resolution
• Conduct research to resolve inquiries or problems that cannot be answered immediately
• Perform administrative support duties (maintains databases, data entry, files, updates customer records, etc.)
• Participate in Customer Support team meetings and activities
• Create written support materials for use internally, or for self-help by customers
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned




Required Skills:
Required Skills:
• One year of experience in a Customer Service environment
• A two-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience and/or ability to handle confidential personal information
• Experience with credit card transaction processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer-facing skills – ability to calm irate customers, resolve difficult issues and remain cool in high-pressure situations
• Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• High attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.
