Description:In this role, you will lead the Core Platform group. This group is responsible for the set of services and components that make up the LiveOps platform, including the real-time telephony components. You will own the platform roadmap, manage the team, and be responsible for managing and delivering projects. This position plays a key leadership role on a strong engineering team. The position reports to the VP of Engineering.

Technical

* Experience with scalable, real-time distributed systems
* Familiar with current languages, protocols, and products
* Able to scope out, design and plan a technical solution
* Able to write high-level (functional) specifications
* Able to review designs and code

* Fosters and demonstrates innovation
* Excels at bug and issue management and prioritization
