LiveOps is looking for a technology transactional lawyer to join our growing legal team and help support our growing SaaS technology licensing and contact center services operations. This is an amazing opportunity to join a successful pre-public company, get in on the early stages of a stellar legal department, and play a key role in supporting revenue. This position will be responsible for assuming a position of leadership in negotiating, drafting, and closing key technology licensing transactions and virtual contact center and direct response services agreements. Experience working with the SaaS model is a plus, as is experience working in a faced-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in creating and implementing contract processes and working closely and effectively with sales operations.
The Ideal Candidate has:
* Four to seven years’ experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactional agreements, including software and/or technology licensing agreements, services agreements, and experience supporting a sales organization. In house experience is strongly preferred.
* A demonstrated ability to team effectively with business clients in applying creative problem solving approaches to business requirements. Excellent business and legal judgment
