We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us take our digital outbound and inbound marketing to the next level. You will have a strong command of digital acquisition campaigns, a real passion for growth and deep analytical skills.
This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer who’s enthusiastic about scaling the digital marketing function on a high-performing marketing team in a team-driven culture.  You’ll work with a talented, collaborative team of marketers who are passionate about making an impact on the company and our industry, and are best-in-class in how we market


    • Conceptualize, develop and execute revenue-generating digital marketing campaigns across various channels that align to business goals, objectives and target KPI’s
    • Manage the day-to-day optimization of digital marketing efforts,  including paid advertising, SEO, web, and social media, etc. 
    • Handle the company website and increase on-site conversion rates by implementing strategies such as A/B testing and personalization, conceptualize and draft new CTAs, and bring new ideas to the team
    • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance weekly — deliver monthly and quarterly campaign performance briefs to marketing leadership
    • Track and manage budgets and expenses accurately for digital marketing projects
    • Analyze media spend and creative performance through clearly defined success metrics, and implement learnings for campaign optimizations

    • Stay educated on new technologies and keep the company forefront of developments in digital marketing


    • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on B2B marketing 
    • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute successful customer acquisition campaigns across various paid marketing channels and technologies (search, content marketing, social media, retargeting, personalization, etc). 
    • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis and reporting
    • A passion for experimentation and relentless in the pursuit of growth
    • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics Solutions
    • Expert knowledge of SEM and SEO best practices
    • Expert knowledge of A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely 
    • Extraordinary editing and copywriting skills
    • Experience handling outside agencies and vendor relationships
    • Curious and creative
