Responsibilities:
- Find and Develop new customer relationships in a building centric sales model with businesses of all sizes.
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end by maintaining a prospect database and sales funnel.
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by telephone, mail, and personal visits.

Requirements:
- Highly motivated, self-directed
- Professional image
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic and well organized
- Computer literate

Education:
- Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
