| cription: Well funded start-up company with advanced non-volatile (spin-transfer torque) STT-RAM magnetic memory technology seeking wafer process/facility maintenance technician. This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced technician who wishes to expand his or her role and responsibilities in a start-up company environment. Responsibilities: • Support process group in wafer process and test engineering samples. • Responsible for PM maintenance of tools and other facilities. • Interface with vendors for facilities maintenance and fab sustaining needs. uired Skills: • Hands-on experience with wafer fab processing equipment including thin-film sputter deposition and handling in cleanroom environment. • Experience in electrical and/or magnetic characterization and test of wafers and samples. • Experience in PM maintenance of industrial deposition, heat treatment tools & peripheral systems. • Fast learner of tool operation and wafer fabrication processes. • Basic computer skills including Windows OS, networking, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and electronic mail. • Self-motivated, good teamwork skills, ability to multi-task, work and communicate effectively in fast-paced environment. Required Experience: Extensive experience (> 5 years) as process and/or system maintenance technician in the magnetic storage, or semiconductor industry. Required Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
