Responsibilities: • Support design group in test and debug of STT-RAM memory chips, and in generation of STT-RAM engineering samples. • Responsible for set up of STT-RAM testing environment, including wafer sorting, product characterization, as well as qualification. • Interface with outside vendors to define testing and packaging needs. | |
