We are seeking qualified Drupal developers to work on all aspects of Acquia's customer-facing Drupal systems. Qualified developers will be building and adding capabilities to several systems and sites including:
* The Acquia.com corporate website - to handle our marketing efforts, as well as our interactions with our customers, partners and the Drupal community
* Various micro-sites to complement Acquia.com
* Integrations between various marketing and sales backend systems
This PHP developer needs solid web UI development skills including cross browser functionality and usability testing.
Summary of requirements
* BS/MS CS degree or computer-related field
* 3-5 years software development experience
* 3+ years Linux / Unix development experience
* 3+ years LAMP-style website development experience, with strong skills in HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* 2+ years Drupal experience theming and building Drupal sites.
* 2+ years MySQL experience
* Demonstrable skills in building websites with high scalability / volume requirements
* 2+ years experience with the following areas: SOAP, XML-RPC, REST.
* Prefer experience developing using the Scrum/agile process
