We want positive, inside sales rising stars!!
We are looking to hire inside sales rep's who want to be part of a brand new team. It's a dial for dollars volume business with average transaction sizes around the $5K range, but with a pretty long tail of small deals and a few $100K plus deals on the other end of the spectrum.
We need someone smart, motivated and with the right coaching, lethal in a very short period of time.
The ideal candidate is someone who has already succeeded in an inside sales position with 1 to 2 years experience in a software start up company. Someone who is experienced in cold calling with good presentation skills.
They need to be ready to work hand in hand with marketing to rapidly experiment finding the groove for our products. Someone who is flexible and ready to move with the changes of a start up environment

* 1-2 years sales experience in technical field
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience closing business deals on the phone
* Experience giving demonstrations over the web.
