Job Description:

Art.com is the world's leading wall decor e-commerce site operating in three brands - Art.com, AllPosters.com and Artist Rising. Our global business extends to the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands and Spain and we are looking for a super star to help us further the growth of the international business.

As the International Business Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of the company such as Marketing and Product Management as it relates to International. You must have a passion for international business and be a strong advocate. The position also requires a fast learner who can pick up the ropes of the organization to effectively make an impact. Project management, analytics, organizational skills are essential to the success of this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Aggressively grow our international business
* Be a subject matter expert on Art.com's international business to collaborate with various internal departments to further excel International business
* Program management of non-technical projects that enhance international growth
* Research sales trend, marketing practice and retail events in various markets to maximize opportunity
* Execute marketing programs outside of the core channels (Search, Email and Affiliate) for international markets. Report, test and optimize marketing programs to improve performance.
* Act as the business sponsor to the technology team for technology related projects. Work with other departments within the company to define requirements to maximize Int'l engineering budget. Track post launch metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of project budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

* International Marketing experience at an e-commerce business required
* Highly organized with a strong project management experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and extremely analytical. Must be metrics driven.
* Ability to grasp abstract issues and identify concrete solution
* Online marketing experience such as SEM, Email or Affiliate marketing a plus
* Product management or project management experience a plus
* Foreign languages skills a plus; German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Japanese preferred
* BA or BS degree
