Job Description:

BlackArrow is looking for a Senior UI Designer/Developer who loves to build better user experiences from start to finish. You will be responsible for design and production of web applications using HTML/CSS and JavaScript while working closely with other designers and the engineering team. You should possess a strong portfolio of web and UI design.
Responsibilities:

* Create functional wireframes to help build and improve the user experience with understanding of UI behaviors and effects.
* Develop prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flex, ActionScript
* Produce clean code that can easily be integrated to engineering

Requirements

* 5+ years of web design/development experience
* Strong conceptual, design and production skills
* Excellent HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
* Highly skilled with Illustrator / Flash / Dreamweaver / Fireworks / Photoshop
* Working knowledge of Flash or Flex and ActionScript 3
* Experience building sites/applicatons that are cross-browser compatible
* Self-directed, able to perform tasks under limited supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. strong portfolio of web design, UI design, or wireframe examples
* AS, BA or BS in graphic design web/interactive, or human.computer interaction preferred, or equivalent experience
