	AWS Convergence Technologies ("Weatherbug") owns and operates the largest network of weather stations in the world. This live network gathers comprehensive, updated weather information from more than 7,000 communities and powers the company's various products and services. The Company also operates a small but fast growing ad network centering on a platform that allows viewers to select advertising partners in return for access to premium content.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Account Executive in Southern California. A successful candidate will have experience in the areas of Auto, Entertainment, Mobile and Client Direct.

Responsibilities include:

* Prospect, sell, develop, and expand client base for WeatherBug’s online properties.
* Maintain and grow existing relationships and penetrate undeveloped relationships, categories or territories.
* Work with direct clients and agency contacts to develop and sell integrated program and sponsorships
* Meet and exceed personal sales goals
* Provide timely reports, forecasts, account information and competitive

Qualifications:

* Candidate will have demonstrated experience in prospecting and growing an account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales.
* Candidate will have demonstrated a track record for strategic, consultative selling with direct client and agency contacts.
* Candidate will be skilled in envisioning big ideas, then executing on advertising programs that attract strategic customers and generate significant revenue.
* Candidate will have an in-depth understanding of online advertising, knowledge of multiple categories, and the desire to stay informed about industry trends.
* Candidate will be expected to participate in client functions, industry events and professional associations.
* Candidate will have existing relationships with the regions’ leading online direct clients and agencies
* Must be able to evangelize on-line medium and WeatherBug brand
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
* Must have creative, compelling and persuasive presentation skills, and flourish in negotiations. Computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel are required.
* Must possess sound business judgment
