Job Description:

Hangout Industries is a leading-edge start-up with unlimited potential in the 3D social media and games industry located in Los Angeles, CA. Our product was recently showcased at TechCrunch50 and we were nominated as one of this year's 10 coolest companies.

Hangout Industries needs a standout Web Developer who has applicable experience. If you are a detail-oriented team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced, creative environment, then this may be the place for you!

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain web site code.
* Write web services to access MySQL server database.
* Develop and maintain web services code.

Requirements:

* Must have 2 years of experience specializing in Web Technologies and MySQL Server.
* Strong web background and a familiarity with web services and XML.
* Strong front-end web development experience including work in HTML, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
* Experience working with XML, C#, MySQL Server and REST.
* Individual will need to be a self-starter with strong communication skills.
* Must be able to work well independently and with a small team of developers and designers.
* Experience with test driven development.
* Web page design and layout, Photoshop or equivalent experience a plus.
