About the Position:
* Managing the automated transfer and storage of raw test data from foundry and assembly vendors as well as all Actel internal testers.
* Creating and maintaining scripts to parse raw test data from various data formats and transforming them into standardized format.
* Managing the automated import of the data into the KLA software.
* Administration of the KLA software including the verification of data correctness and the creation of recipes for Engineering analysis.
* Work with Local Burn In Houses.
* Automate Read and Record Process.
Required Skills and Experience:
* BSCS/EE
* Knowledge of Operational Process and Data Flows.
* Detailed knowledge of data formats and meaning of test data (Etest, Sort, Final Test, Programming Files, Burn In).
* Proficiency in Klarity Ace.
* Proficiency in PERL scripts.
* Ability to create SQL databases.
