Our product lines are experiencing rapid growth and demand due to our unique ability to provide cost effective solutions that streamline communications and link resources systematizing critical processes within organizations. The Account Manager will be responsible for calling on organizations with the goal of arranging product demonstrations and following up on initial proposal requests, as well managing the relationship with the organization after the initial sale. This will include the initial training on the software and maintaining an ongoing relationship to assist with any issues, up selling of additional products and services, and ensuring satisfaction with our product(s). Duties: - Make out-bound calls to your assigned customers with the goal of opening new accounts, scheduling product demonstrations and gaining an initial order . - Always provide customers with timely, courteous service. - Build and maintain relationships with customers by learning key contacts, following up on purchases and addressing any customer service issues Perform product demonstrations and provide initial and following up training on the products. | ||||||
| Qualifications: | - Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of telesales experience in software or technology along with a proven track record of “hitting your numbers” - Upbeat and energetic with a proven record of high customer satisfaction - Multi-tasking & Follow-through: The ability to keep track of multiple priorities and tasks, and see them through to completion- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - CRM experience (preferably Salesforce.com) as well as Microsoft Office suite proficiency StreamLink Software offers: - Competitive base salary + commissions - Health Benefits - Ability to take on additional responsibilities with a fast-paced, growing and entrepreneurial environment - Ongoing training and development Additional Information: - Local candidates only, no relocation (Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area). - No third party applications. | ||||||
