Responsibilities:
Engage with real-world customers on progressive and influential websites
Educate the customer's business and technical staff on Baynote's capabilities
Be the voice of the customer within Baynote, helping shape Baynote's product and how it's delivered
Handle technical details of bringing a Baynote customer live, and thrilling them with the results
Identify and develop applications and tools to accelerate customer adoption and installation
| Required Skills/Experience:
Standard Web tools. Linux, XML, Apache, Perl, PHP, Javascript, Java - you're comfortable will all of them
IT Infrastructure. You are a problem-solver, and understand how to identify and overcome IT issues
Communication. You are a clear communicator, and are productive working with customers at any level
Character. You are an ambitious high-energy self-starter who works extremely well within a team
Standard Web tools. Linux, XML, Apache, Perl, PHP, Javascript - you know them all cold
You should have 4-6 years of customer-facing experience, combining technical expertise, in the areas of professional services, IT or application development, with excellent communication skills | | Apply Now |
