Description
As a Customer Specialist, you will prospect, research and develop potential eCommerce customers within Infopia’s target markets.
Responsibilities
* Research and Qualification Calls: Identify, qualify and develop potential customers with high business potential through research calls. Conduct short conversations to gather and verify correct contact information, product usage, monthly spend, buying patterns and analyze whether they are good fit for our software solutions. Qualify prospects to be handed off for a sales discussion.
* Marketing: Schedule batch voice mail and emails to go out to list of targeted prospects to set up. Be creative in helping design campaigns that will make the research and qualification calls run more smoothly .
* Achieve Goals: Continually attain monthly targets for number of potential customer conversations and handoff calls to a salesperson. Take part in incentive programs for achievers. Be rewarded bonus for efficiency, timeliness and quality.
* Time Management: Maintain and stick to a schedule for top efficiency. Understand and adhere to best calling practices.
* Product: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge. Educate prospects on the business benefits of Infopia solutions.
* Teamwork: Work in a team environment with Sales Development and Account Executives.
| * 2+ years successful customer care, inbound or outbound telemarketing, prospecting preferably in software or technical sales.
* Work a shift of hours according to job efficiency. (ie: work from 7-4 or from 10-7—whichever works best for your schedule).
* Experience conducting qualification and research calls for software or services.
* Results oriented. Strive to be the top achiever and be compensated for such.
* Self-starter with ability to work with minimal direct supervision
* Strong written, listening, negotiating, communication, time management and organizational skills
* Exceptional presentation skills, both on phone and web conferencing
* Extensive time will be required on the phone with the use of an auto dialer connecting you to warm customer prospects.
