| Territory Sales Executive | | Cenzic | | Cenzic is looking for an exceptional telesales professional to develop and drive territory sales in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate must have a proven history of selling software/SaaS solutions to IT Security executives in the small-to-midsize markets. This role has complete accountability of sales from territory prospecting, pipeline development, forecast management, and closing business to meet or exceed quota expectations. This is an inside sales role based out of our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Achieve quota targets assigned to geographic territory, which is comprised of small-to-medium sized enterprises. Federal business is not included.
* Ownership of entire sales cycle from initial sales development calls, virtual presentations & demonstrations, sales negotiation, to bookings. Post sales involvement is necessary to ensure long-term customer loyalty, and successful engagement for future renewals.
* Prospect, qualify and build new business pipeline through cold calling, lead qualification, and creative territory development strategies.
* Manage pipeline and forecast via salesforce.com.
* Carry out quarterly target account sales development strategies to increase demand generation for region.
* Maintain a disciplined work ethic such that established call metrics and expected results are achieved on a forecast-able and daily basis.
* Maintain technical industry and product knowledge on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years inside sales experience selling Software/SaaS to IT/Information Security audiences
* Proven success working in a start-up type company environment
* Ability to work East coast time zones
* Must be self-motivated, proactive, and an innovate sales hunter
* Flexible - ability to adapt to changing markets, customers, and company
* Proficient in using Salesforce.com, WebEx, and other industry-standard tools
