Job Responsibilities:
Support the Enterprise Services and Consulting team to help ensure that all relationship and technical issues are addressed professionally, timely and effectively. Provides project management and, as needed, implementation for clients.
o Work with team to service clients – in some cases owning customer relationships
o Analyze customer results and make recommendations on how to improve programs
o Manage customer data processes
o Develop scripting for communicating with patients/members
o Become proficient in utilizing Silverlink’s software tools
Background/Skills/Experiences
o Experience / comfort with customer interaction
o Detail oriented
o BA or BS in Business or Technical fields
o 1+ years ‘business’ or ‘healthcare’ experience
o Excel, Word and Powerpoint
o Database skills helpful
o Spanish fluency helpful
