As Silverlink continues to develop industry leading communication solutions that motivate the health decisions of individuals we are looking for a strategic product marketing manager to manage the development and bring to market new solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will play a champion role in partnering with our service line general managers and then manage a cross functional team to execute development, launch and then support of those solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate product marketing management person who will play a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure that solutions are category leaders as well as managing with the solution throughout all stages of life cycle (conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities).
Responsibilities
Provides Product Marketing Management leadership and direction, working collaboratively with the cross-functional team and clients to determine the overall solution set that best resonates with our clients. Translate market needs and Service Line General Manager’s business plans into clearly defined and detailed solution requirements. Team with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service Delivery and Engineering to define, develop, market, sell and deliver the solution and the solution value proposition. Partner with Engineering and Service Delivery to communicate product requirements and determine viable development strategies, deliverables, and release dates. Maintain understanding of key market drivers, issues and players in assigned markets. Provide solution specific support to Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams. Evaluate competitive market offerings and deliver on differentiation. Develop a customer feedback and communications program Key points of performance will be: solution prioritization, launch timelines, revenue targets, client adoption
Qualifications
7+ years experience in product marketing and management MBA preferred Pragmatic Marketing Certified preferred
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the healthcare marketplace with specific knowledge in managed care, disease management and pharmacy management. Works to gain cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish tasks and goals while consistently seeking to obtain win-win situations. Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with reports, peers, bosses and other internal or external personnel critical to successful performance. Must have strong communications skills and experience creating presentations and delivering them to groups of executives, analysts, and IT services buyers for companies of a wide variety of sizes. Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to be part of building something new. Strong project management skills required Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
