Product Manager – Enterprise Healthcare Software Solutions
The Product Manager is responsible for specific product management activities related to the development and deployment of Casenet’s Care Management solutions.
The Product Manager is expected to:
• Manage the activities related to the Product Management processes specific to certain application sub systems
• Capture market needs and define requirements for capabilities, features, performance and interface design with client and promote product benefits, capabilities, and value propositions through relationship with key customers
• Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development and the market
• Define product road map/product planning: concept, use cases, features functions, growth strategies, and profitability targets
• Contribute to the internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
• Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features
• Monitor the status of specific development projects supporting new features
• Prioritize, rationalize and ensure delivery of specific sub systems against product development timelines
• Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years product management experience in the healthcare enterprise solutions market is a mandatory requirement to be considered for this role
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare markets preferably in the payer space
• Experience developing and delivering care management solutions, a plus
• Experience with agile development methodology
• Ability to matrix manage a team of product developers, business analysts, and project managers all focused on the product portfolio
• Excellent people management skills including performance management, resolving conflict, coaching / developing others and promoting teamwork
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management and planning experience
• Decision making, problem solving, customer presentation skills
• Business oriented Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience). Graduate work a plus.
