| Description: | OVERVIEW: Due to rapid growth and expansive market opportunity we seek highly organized, proactive, driven and intelligent Sales Executives in each of the New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Boston metro areas. The Sales Executive will develop long-term relationships with qualified new M5 clients and partners in their respective markets. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career with a profitable industry leader poised for continued growth. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Develop high quality relationships with expert VARs, IT Consultants and Telecom Consultants * Drive client sales directly and through high quality partner/channel relationships * Identify client’s unique business needs and provide effective solutions to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction * Facilitate on-going account management for your clients DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * Experience in consultative sales – preference is that you have phone system expertise (both legacy and IP) and/or you have previously worked for an interconnect or integrator selling phone systems as well as previously sold or implemented networks based on the Cisco architecture. * Documented track record of exceeding quotas in both a direct and indirect consultative sales role. * Direct experience discussing TCO and solutions with clients. * Successfully developed long-term relationships with VARs and IT Consultants. * Demonstrated competence as a trusted advisor to owners, CFOs, IT management and IT field personnel of small and mid-sized businesses QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong relationship building skills and successful experience applying consultative / solution sales methodologies * Engaging presentation and active listening skills * Strong hunting skills and demonstrated willingness to prospect for new business * Independent sales performer with enthusiastic desire to take responsibility for solutions and accountability for results * Ability to motivate others through persuasion and leadership BENEFITS: * Salary & un-capped commission structure with six figure earning expectation * Medical, dental & life insurance benefits * Paid vacation & holidays * Outstanding operational and organizational support * Professional training * Rewarding, fun, and supportive work environment | ||||||
