| Description: | Responsibilities: * Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of Collective Media’s offerings, Reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes and articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers. * Provide in-office sales support to outside sales reps, including writing and preparing RFP responses and proposals, data entry into CRM system, conducting research on prospects and customers relevant to the Account Executive’s sales efforts, developing presentations, internal follow up, pre-qualifying leads, and responding to client inquires in the rep’s absence. * Establish and maintain relationships with media agencies and with clients in the Account Executive’s territory. * Insure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through rapid responses to customer inquiries and by occasionally overseeing implementation and account management as necessary. * Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management. Requirements: * Understanding of online advertising industry from either ad sales or media planning perspective a plus * Previous experience with online media agencies or ad sales organizations a plus * Understanding of brand and direct marketing objectives * Strong analytic skills, including high level of comfort with Excel * Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and solid work ethic * Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills * Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance * Familiarity with ad serving and online ad research tools (DART, Nielsen NetRatings, AdRelevance) a plus * Comprehensive experience with MS Office a must * Bachelor's degree from accredited university | ||||||
