| Description: | Responsibilities: * Identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and work through the stages of the sales cycle to close new account business. Travel to meet with prospects and clients as needed. * Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success * Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations. Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results. * Work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction * Participate in industry events and conferences * Track and manage sales pipeline and account activities in salesforce.com Requirements: * Strong understanding on online advertising industry from either ad sales or media buying perspective * Previous experience with leading online advertising networks and/or portals a plus * Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethic * Willing to travel consistently to build/grow agency and advertiser relationships * Active in industry trade and networking events * Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills * Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance * Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus * Comprehensive experience with MS Office a must * Good analytical skills in both understanding marketer objectives and analyzing sales performance * Direct and agency contacts at both senior and junior levels a plus * Bachelor's degree for accredited university | ||||||
