What you will be doing: Work individually and as part of a team on variety of internal- and external-facing Web 2.0 applications and web sites Assist in creation of next generation of enterprise-level marketing applications What you need to qualify: Extensive and hands-on experience with advanced, JavaScript, HTML and XML programming Experience and understanding of AJAX methodologies Practical experience applying technologies like DHTML, XHTML, and CSS Experience with dynamic web page generation using XML and SQL from a object-relational database (in this case Oracle). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience SQL Programming with procedures and complex queries (Oracle experience a plus) Also, most importantly, you need to take initiative and have the hunger to work in a small start up.
