| Description: | * Responsibilities o Lead execution of custom ad campaigns on Publisher site(s) o Manage communication and all correspondence between Publishers and Sportgenic o Reply to any and all Publisher responses in a professional and timely manner o Help in the preparation of monthly Publisher statements o Maintain and supervise large Publisher network o Test and QA new software products o Assist Sales team with RFP responses o Assist with on-boarding of new Publishers through introductory call and/or live web demo * Qualifications o Publishing or agency experience a plus o Handle confidential and high-level information with discretion o Team player with a positive and professional attitude o Attention to detail o Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership, anticipate and identify needs and suggest innovative solutions to business challenges o Effective interpersonal and communication skills o Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects, and successfully prioritize various tasks with good judgment o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience o At least one year of account management experience preferable o Working knowledge of SalesForce, Word, Excel, Constant Contact, GoTo Meeting, and DART, and ability to learn new software | ||||||
