| Description: | Responsibilities: * Support customers and prospective customers on the implementation and use of Collective's technology and reach extension solutions * Support sales team on all facets of client relations and service including reporting, client conference calls/meetings and campaign analysis/reporting * Maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success * Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations * Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results * Assist sales team with advertiser and market research projects * Participate in industry events and conferences * Serve as internal point person for availability forecasts and IO (inserion order) requestsreceived by sales team andprepare creative and straegic responses based on client needs * Support sales team in all facets of sales organization including updating and maintaining CRM system, revising contracts/IOs as needed, assisting with client inquiries * Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management Requirements: * Understanding of online advertising industry from either ad sales or media planning perspective a plus * Previous experience with online media agencies or ad sales organizations a plus * Understanding of brand and direct marketing objectives * Strong analytic skills, including high level of comfort with Excel * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner * Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance * Familiarity with ad serving and online ad research tools (DART, ComScore, AdRelevance, Salesforce) a plus * Comprehensive experience with MS Office a plus * Bachelor's degree equivalent About Collective Media Collective Media’s media and technology solutions serve online publishers, agencies and advertisers.
