Responsibilities: * Identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and work through the stages of the sales cycle to close new account business. * Present Collective Media's value proposition clearly and persuasively primarily using the telephone and email * Build strong relationships with publishers, ad networks, and other customers to ensure long-term success * Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations. Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results. * Work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction * Participate in industry events and conferences * Track and manage sales pipeline and account activities in salesforce.com Requirements: * Strong understanding of online advertising industry from ad sales and buyer perspectives * Previous experience within Inside Sales Div. for online advertising networks and/or portals a plus * Direct and agency contacts at both senior and junior levels a plus * Intelligent, outgoing individual with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic * Active in industry trade and networking events * Prospect tirelessly close business often * Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills * Superior ability to communicate and close business via telephone, email and face-to-face * Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance * Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus * Comprehensive experience with MS Office a must * Good analytical skills in both understanding marketer objectives and analyzing campaign performance | ||||||
